You will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to drive measurable results.
This position demands a high level of ownership and a proactive approach. You will independently identify challenges, validate solutions, and implement impactful product enhancements while working closely with interdisciplinary teams. Your success will hinge on robust customer interaction, systematic prioritization, and the ability to leverage AI as both a product feature and a process optimization tool.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy, Discovery & Prioritization
- Transform corporate and portfolio strategies into clear product goals and outcome-focused roadmaps.
- Conduct customer discovery via interviews, research, data analysis, and market evaluations.
- Establish value hypotheses and success metrics to guarantee initiatives yield measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize projects across features, platform investments, and AI-enhanced improvements.
Roadmap Ownership & Cross-Team Alignment
- Oversee roadmap results within the CPQ product suite.
- Coordinate with Product Owners to convert initiatives into actionable plans.
- Address cross-functional trade-offs concerning scope, sequencing, and market readiness.
AI-Powered Product Capabilities
- Identify and assess areas where AI can enhance product workflows and user engagement.
- Collaborate with Engineering to implement AI responsibly and effectively.
- Work with Product Marketing and Sales teams to communicate customer and business value.
AI-Accelerated Product Practice
- Utilize AI-assisted workflows to expedite discovery, prototyping, requirements definition, and communication.
- Test concepts early to minimize delivery risks and boost confidence prior to significant investments.
- Continuously seek opportunities to refine product practices and decision-making processes.
Customer, Stakeholder & Go-to-Market Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer insights in your product domain.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on launch strategies, training, and product adoption.
