ZoomInfo has transformed itself around artificial intelligence. We possess a robust orchestration infrastructure, a comprehensive tools platform, and an intelligent layer. We are now seeking an individual who can convert that infrastructure into tangible outcomes—someone who understands the technical possibilities and the genuine needs of go-to-market (GTM) teams.
This role encompasses ownership of the agentic ecosystem: managing the core agents that power ZoomInfo products, overseeing the Plays library that integrates intelligence into actionable workflows, and facilitating a marketplace where customers can discover, customize, and deploy automation. You will create agents that schedule meetings, enhance sales pipelines, revive neglected leads, and orchestrate multi-step GTM processes. Furthermore, you’ll package these agents into Plays that can be easily deployed by non-technical users in just a few clicks.
You will not be a mere manager from the sidelines; you will be an active builder. You will engage with our Plays builder in a hands-on manner, akin to how a RevOps leader utilizes their automation tools—iterating and delivering continuously. You’ll prototype agents, refine prompts, test orchestration patterns, and confirm that our solutions effectively drive pipeline growth. When a gap in agent capabilities is identified, you’ll collaborate with our tools and infrastructure teams to bridge it.
The marketplace you manage is the gateway through which ZoomInfo’s agentic capabilities reach users. Internal teams will implement your Plays across Copilot, GTM Studio, and MarketingOS. Customers will browse, tailor, and activate automation from your library. Partners and developers will connect through MCP gateways that you define. You will be responsible for ensuring that every interface where ZoomInfo's agentic intelligence is accessible is under your purview.
This unique role demands a blend of builder, GTM strategist, and platform owner. You must grasp how Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams conduct prospecting, how marketing operations establish nurture flows, and how customer success teams recognize expansion signals. Your task will be to translate these insights into agents and Plays that function reliably at scale. The infrastructure and data are in place; we need someone to convert them into workflows that reshape GTM team operations.
