As we ambitiously scale our Exchange App, we are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to spearhead our go-to-market strategies, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning that drive user acquisition and engagement across the globe.
This role is perfect for a strategic marketer who excels in fast-paced and ownership-driven settings. You will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to synchronize feature rollouts, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse geographical and user segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to drive the roadmap for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Craft unique value propositions that distinguish our platform in a competitive international market.
- Work alongside data and analytics to define user personas (e.g., retail traders, crypto newcomers, high-frequency traders) and tailor journeys for each segment.
- Lead creative positioning and brief submissions for growth teams to develop impactful and localized campaigns.
- Partner with product managers to align roadmap priorities and feedback loops from customers.
2. Launch Execution
- Collaborate with the product team to manage go-to-market strategies for feature launches.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns across in-app, email, web, social, and earned media for user acquisition teams to execute.
- Coordinate with marketing, growth, and product teams to ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-driven.
- Work with local market teams to adapt messaging for region-specific rollouts, ensuring localization across product messaging and local behavior.
3. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to uncover opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to identify pain points and enhance user experience and messaging.
- Relay findings back to product and growth teams to inform prioritization and positioning strategies.
4. Growth & Retention
- Develop lifecycle programs that enhance user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Conceptualize promotions, engagement streaks, and incentive programs that foster user retention.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to identify drop-off points and optimize onboarding and reactivation processes.
