The Opportunity
You are an entrepreneur at heart. We are seeking an individual who will primarily build and manage their own venture within Human Agency's studio, while also establishing the framework for how ventures operate across the studio. You will conduct weekly studio meetings, lead critiques, and take ownership of accountability. Your role involves persuading us about the success of initiatives or providing clear feedback when something isn’t working.
This role combines the responsibilities of a CEO and a product manager, along with sales capabilities. If you have experience in leading ventures, we would love to hear from you!
