Key Qualifications & Skills
3–5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, with a strong background in sourcing and supplier management.
Bilingual in English, adept in implementing best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement.
Exceptional negotiation skills for managing commercial agreements, pricing strategies, and supplier contracts.
A strategic and analytical mindset paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of the local market and supplier network to aid in market development initiatives.
Proven ability to manage short-, mid-, and long-term objectives while effectively prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in process optimization, cost management, and savings initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee the entire supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, performance assessment, and development.
Facilitate end-to-end purchasing processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in procurement records and systems.
Monitor supplier performance and compliance to uphold high operational standards.
Conduct price analyses and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost savings and optimal value.
Analyze procurement data to support initiatives aimed at cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Manage procurement requests for raw materials, indirect materials, services, and subcontracting tasks.
Ensure accurate documentation of procurement processes, contracts, and supplier records.
Assist in inventory management and materials planning to guarantee operational continuity.
Collaborate with internal teams and global strategy partners to synchronize procurement efforts with business goals.
Identify potential risks, address procurement challenges, and drive continuous improvement projects.
