Join us as the Procurement Manager DACH (All Genders)
In this role, you will oversee the complete procurement process, from strategic sourcing to contracting, ensuring meticulous execution that aligns with our category strategic vision. Your focus will be on supplier selection and management, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and executing tactical processes that enhance supplier diversity and sustainability.
Your Impact:
- Lead sourcing, bidding, negotiation, contracting, and purchasing of goods and services in line with established category and business strategies.
- Implement category strategies as defined by Category Managers, ensuring a robust supply base that delivers optimal value in terms of quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
- Support and promote our preferred supplier network for specific spend categories.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and fulfill business requirements regarding supplier diversity and sustainability.
- Proactively manage local preferred suppliers, anticipating issues and facilitating resolution.
- Drive supplier management aligned with the SRM strategy, promoting collaborative and innovative supplier interactions.
- Maintain excellence in contract execution activities, identifying and addressing inefficiencies in processes.
- Facilitate savings and ensure supply assurance while managing savings leakage across procurement processes.
- Administer continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the PSC team.
