About Our Source to Pay Team
Our team is dedicated to driving efficiency and scalable growth across all Nubank regions through a Global Services Platform designed for excellence. By merging an AI-centric approach with extensive expertise, we manage the complete Source-to-Pay value chain, encompassing Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Travel. We strive to deliver intelligent, automated, and standardized services that simplify operations and ensure global uniformity.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee and manage comprehensive strategic projects within Source to Pay, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes that adhere to scope, timelines, and budgets while being the central point for crucial initiatives.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner by negotiating intricate requirements and aligning priorities with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Digital Transformation: Advocate for the digital agenda by integrating AI-based solutions and automation to enhance Source-to-Pay workflows. Promote continuous improvement and cultivate a culture of standardization and efficiency to scale operations globally.
- Governance & Risk: Own the risk management framework, proactively pinpointing vulnerabilities, leading internal audits, and ensuring a strong compliance posture across Source to Pay operations.
- Executive Decision Support: Generate high-level reports, KPIs, and insights to facilitate strategic decision-making and executive presentations.
- Change Management: Drive the adoption of new processes and tools, devising communication strategies that ensure smooth transitions throughout the organization.
