We are in search of a motivated and tech-savvy Process Automation and Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust technical background who are keen on enhancing our systems, managing technical tools, and assisting internal teams with their technological requirements.
This is a full-time remote position.

- Analyze and refine existing processes across various departments (Sales, Customer Support, etc.)

- Address technical inquiries in internal communications, resolving issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and others
- Investigate tools, workflows, and technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop and implement new processes that enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Experience working autonomously with documentation and troubleshooting resources
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of ownership and self-motivation
- Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders while managing personal workload efficiently
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity.
