Job Summary
Loenbro is in search of a Process Architect to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives encompassing business operations, M&A integration, and technology enablement. This pivotal role involves designing, documenting, and optimizing comprehensive business processes, ensuring alignment between operational needs, systems, and data across the organization.
The Process Architect collaborates closely with business leaders, IT, and operations to assess current processes, define future processes, and implement technology-enabled solutions, driving standardization, scalability, and efficiency. This position translates strategic objectives into actionable process designs and is essential in facilitating sustainable operational change within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Enterprise Process Architecture & Design
- Conduct current-state process assessments across core business and operational functions.
- Document end-to-end workflows, handoffs, roles, systems, and data flows using structured process frameworks.
- Identify process gaps, redundancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
