- Willingness to work alternating weekends is essential.
- We seek diligent candidates; this role is NOT companion care. No sitting during shifts or personal cell phone usage is allowed.

The Home Health Aide will be guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours of work per week, with potential for additional hours. Guarantees depend on the aide's acceptance of available shifts. The primary responsibility will involve working in the field to fill temporary assignments, providing competent, accurate, and safe care to patients. The secondary role includes collaborating with office staff on various administrative tasks. A high level of responsibility, dependability, and maturity is crucial for this position.
Hours: 30 hours per week with varying work times. Applicants must be available Sunday to Saturday, from early morning to evening. A flexible schedule is required, and there are no overnight shifts. Candidates must be willing to drive throughout the Kansas City metro area, including North Kansas City.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Prior experience in scheduling is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions and demonstrate reading and writing skills.
- Maturity and an aptitude for effectively managing job demands.
