Become a vital part of the HRIT and Payroll Support Team, dedicated to managing SAP Payroll Systems effectively to meet business requirements and enhance the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape with improved or new functionalities.
- Conduct thorough reviews of current solutions and processes to pinpoint improvement opportunities, ensuring the integrity of HCM solutions through careful assessment of build and run changes, and providing valuable insights for future solutions and system architecture by leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM US-PY.
- Facilitate communication between requirement understanding, functional specifications, testing, and delivery to bridge any gaps.
- Maintain system stability and optimal performance during the company’s transition to an independent environment, focusing on risk mitigation, data integrity, and compliance.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in large-scale enterprise settings, particularly within spin-offs, carve-outs, or other complex transformation scenarios.
- Oversee and execute configuration tasks on SAP Payroll.
- Lead projects and manage teams to successfully deliver medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and strong presentation capabilities, engaging efficiently with both external teams and senior business leaders.
