We are on the lookout for motivated, skilled, and proactive individuals who are devoted to producing tangible results for clients and facilitating the successful execution of complex projects and programmes. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Project Controls, Major Project, and Programme Management.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment of client environments and their unique challenges, employing our structured methodologies to design and implement tailored solutions that enable clients to achieve their desired benefits and outcomes.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of PMO and controls & performance strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses, define findings, and draft detailed recommendations reports throughout various phases of client engagement.
- Facilitate workshops in both virtual and in-person settings with client representatives.
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams, representing Turner & Townsend at both client locations and remotely.
- Utilize established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems while customizing them to meet specific client needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and advancement of our practices.
- Take the initiative to manage workstreams independently on commissions to foster your own growth and development.
- Drive key initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, including the internal development of transformative products and strategies.
- Lead business generation efforts, such as bids and proposals, while working closely with Senior Management and the wider Turner & Townsend team.
- Engage actively in marketing and social media initiatives (employee advocacy) as appropriate.
- Have the opportunity to contribute to talent development by serving as a mentor or line manager.
