Key Requirements:
- Over 11 years of comprehensive experience in relevant fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in roles such as Product Consultant, Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME), Product Owner, or Solution Architect.
- In-depth functional knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) domains including HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Forecasting, Timekeeping, Absence Management, or related operational sectors.
- Proven capability to convert intricate business requirements into scalable, platform-independent functional solutions that drive business success.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Pro WFM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Infor, ADP, and others.
- Robust experience in solution design, blueprinting, and gap analysis across various enterprise platforms.
- Ability to identify value propositions, ROI-driven solution narratives, and business advantages for clients.
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and leadership to advance solution roadmaps and offerings.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, predictive analytics, automation, and development of accelerators within enterprise solution landscapes.
- Experience in supporting pre-sales initiatives such as RFP/RFI responses, workshops, solution design, and defining integration touchpoints.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management practices.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and UX/visualization tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Visio.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understanding and analyzing client functional requirements in the project context.
- Envisioning a comprehensive solution for both functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks for realization.
- Determining and implementing appropriate design methodologies and toolsets.
- Facilitating application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts effectively.
- Creating and validating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimating efforts for tasks/modules, with justifications.
- Proactively addressing issues and demonstrating a positive response to challenges with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Providing constructive feedback to team members and establishing clear expectations.
- Assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.
- Proposing solutions during code/design reviews and justifying decisions made.
- Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to ensure that proposed designs and technologies meet requirements.
