Role Overview
As the Principal B2B Content Lead, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact, educational content that drives enterprise demand generation and expedites intricate SaaS sales cycles. This role requires you to work independently, shape strategic messaging, and engage in cross-functional collaborations to convert intricate technical capabilities into captivating executive narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Produce revenue-oriented content such as enterprise whitepapers, executive guides, and technical solution explainers.
Ensure alignment of content with demand generation initiatives and track measurable pipeline impact.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to gather insights and ensure technical depth.
Craft positioning and messaging that resonates with both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
Develop engaging customer proof and case-based narratives to bolster sales discussions.
Contribute to industry education and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Background in Enterprise SaaS or complex technical domains (AI/ML, data, cybersecurity, cloud computing, developer platforms, analytics).
Demonstrated success in creating content utilized in enterprise sales cycles or procurement processes.
Ability to balance technical precision with compelling executive-level storytelling.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the capacity to operate autonomously.
Experience in direct collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
Non-negotiable: Previous remote work experience, proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based firms. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience shaping messaging that effectively communicates to both technical and executive audiences.
