Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create a variety of high-quality dishes according to guest orders, following recipes and specifications precisely and promptly.
- Adapt to various kitchen stations based on business needs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all menu items are cooked and served simultaneously.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, adhering to recipes to maintain standards.
- Stay informed about recipes, ingredients, allergens, and presentation standards.
- Uphold food quality, freshness, and presentation to meet Landmark's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following safety and health regulations.
- Properly store or dispose of leftover food.
- Set up and stock stations, replenishing supplies as needed.
