The Prenatal Account Executive role in Dayton is a pivotal position for a seasoned sales professional in the diagnostic/genetic testing arena. You will introduce the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screening to OBGYN clinics and MFM practices. Your role will involve sharing clinical information with external clients and internal teams, significantly influencing communication about the test to physicians and patients, and adapting it to meet market demands. This field sales role reports directly to the Regional Manager - Prenatal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance utilization of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and facilitate market growth through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders in healthcare.
- Proactively seek and nurture new business opportunities while sustaining vital relationships.
- Identify and leverage commercial growth opportunities within your specified region, focusing on OBGYN, MFM, and GC clinics, as well as hospital systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
- Devise and execute a strategic business plan to rapidly increase product usage within your territory.
- Oversee the entire product sales lifecycle, including new business development and lead generation.
- Participate in local trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
