About Stepful:
At Stepful, we are transforming allied healthcare education by providing affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-enhanced training programs. Our mission is to empower individuals, particularly from underrepresented communities, to embark on rewarding careers in high-demand healthcare fields.
In collaboration with prestigious healthcare organizations, Stepful is committed to developing talent pipelines to mitigate the growing shortage of allied health professionals. Our alumni, including Medical Assistants and Pharmacy Technicians, have successfully secured positions with leading employers such as CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens.
Backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, we proudly announced a recent $31.5M Series B funding round led by Oak HC/FT. Additionally, we have been recognized as the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025 and listed among GSV's 150 Most Transformational Growth Companies in Digital Learning.
Our vision is to unlock the potential of the global workforce and enhance access to quality healthcare for all.
Our Core Values:

- Care First: We prioritize our students' success above all else.
- Learn Quickly: We embrace data-driven learning and continuous improvement.
- Build Together: We achieve success through collaboration.
- Own It: We take initiative, show up, and take pride in our work.
