We are seeking a dynamic Post-Sales Solution Architecture Manager to spearhead a team dedicated to transforming successful sales into enduring customer partnerships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients not only implement Sanity but also expand their use and become passionate advocates of our platform. Your leadership will significantly influence our customer retention and growth strategies, building long-term trust with the developer and content teams we serve.
Key Responsibilities
As the leader of a post-sales Solution Architecture team, you will assist enterprise customers in deriving deep, sustainable value from Sanity. Your primary focus will be on achieving successful renewals, expanding into new use cases and business units, and ensuring implementations that scale with customer growth.
This involves setting the strategic direction for your team and personally managing your most complex accounts: overseeing implementations, nurturing relationships with customer stakeholders, and navigating challenging situations. You will guide your Solution Architects in conducting value-oriented engagements: actively listening to customer needs, identifying risks early, and outlining a clear roadmap for success centered on Sanity.
You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and retaining a skilled Solution Architecture team that resonates with developers, architects, product leaders, and content teams. Cultivating an environment where they can excel is key, which includes recognizing individual strengths, aiding career development, and promoting a robust culture of collaboration, empathy, and customer focus rooted in Sanity's core values.
Furthermore, you will enhance core post-sales processes (onboarding, implementation reviews, expansion discovery, and health monitoring) to facilitate rapid transitions from signed contracts to successful usage. A significant part of your role will involve aligning Sanity’s capabilities with customers’ business outcomes, demonstrating how structured content, adaptable workflows, and a modern content architecture can drive quicker delivery, improved editorial experiences, and scalable growth.
This position is inherently cross-functional. You will collaborate closely with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and engage with Product and R&D teams to ensure customer feedback shapes our roadmap priorities.
