Join Our Mission
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our team in strengthening partnerships with Financial Institutions (FIs). In this pivotal role, you will guide strategic account management, enhance portfolio performance, and build impactful relationships that foster financial inclusion and sustainable economic growth.
As a leader and strategic partner, you will ensure your team is equipped and motivated to achieve exceptional results across our diverse portfolio of financial institution partners.
Key Responsibilities
Account Planning & Management
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic account plans by your team.
- Ensure the achievement of performance objectives, financial targets, and key milestones.
- Act as a senior advisor on account strategies, identifying opportunities to deepen partner engagement.
Business Development
- Lead business development initiatives within your portfolio, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to propel growth initiatives and broaden the potential partner pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to enhance account performance and expand existing partnerships.
Business Metrics & Reporting
- Consolidate, analyze, and report on account performance metrics within your portfolio.
- Provide insights on progress toward impact goals, funding utilization, and partnership execution.
- Ensure leadership and cross-functional teams have access to critical information for strategic decision-making.
Talent Management
- Promote a collaborative and high-trust work environment that enhances cross-functional partnerships.
- Align team objectives with organizational goals, ensuring cohesive efforts toward our mission.
