The Role:
As a Plumbing Technical Support Specialist at Waterworks, you will serve as a key resource for our plumbing products and accessories. You will offer invaluable assistance to clients, sales associates, vendors, and installers in a contact center setting, managing product support inquiries efficiently. Your expertise will extend to providing on-site technical guidance before, during, and after installations.
Your mission will include acting as a service ambassador for Waterworks, delivering a luxury service experience and nurturing strong relationships with Contractors, Plumbers, and Installers.
This position can be performed remotely within the Southeast region or in a hybrid capacity from our Global Headquarters located in Danbury, CT.
