Your Role
As the Platform & Process Manager, you will not only be the driving force behind but also hold the ultimate responsibility for the organization's digital platform strategy and vision. Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Management Team and translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
Rather than managing products directly, you will lead and coach three experienced Product Managers across the domains of Commercial, Primary, and Secondary Education. Your focus will be on maintaining coherence across platforms, integrating processes, prioritizing across propositions, and aligning with the group strategy. Effective stakeholder management at the group level is crucial to this role.
This position is specifically not a traditional product owner or product strategist role but a senior strategic leadership role with an impact across the entire end-to-end value chain.
What You Will Do
Strategy Development:
Develop a digital platform vision in collaboration with the Management Team. Prioritize initiatives and align roadmaps within the Infinitas Product organization.Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal departments (Learning Solutions, Commercial, Operations, Finance) and external partners (ILPT) to coordinate digital projects and ensure strategic choices are made.Project Management:
Translate functional needs into concrete roadmaps, establish testing strategies, and communicate release plans.Leadership:
Provide hierarchical and substantive leadership to three Product Managers. Coach them in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, data-driven operations, and ownership. Enhance maturity within product and platform operations (processes, frameworks, collaboration). Act as a mentor and sounding board, rather than a hands-on product manager.Data & Analysis:
Identify opportunities to enhance propositions and business models based on data, customer analyses, digital trends, and user data.Innovation & Technology:
Keep abreast of technological developments, analyze trends, and translate these into concrete strategic implications aimed at continuously improving our digital strategy.
