Summary/Objective
Imperative Systems is actively seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for direct mission support to the U.S. Government (USG). Ideal candidates will possess the relevant experience and a passion for continuing their service to the nation, serving in the role of Business Process, Plans and Resource Consultant. This position integrates closely with client offices and requires a solid background in the intelligence community. Proficiency in researching, writing, and analyzing data using client-specific databases, systems, and methodologies is essential. This is a full-time position, with part-time opportunities considered on a case-by-case basis.
Essential Functions
- Craft budgetary plans that align with organizational roadmaps and strategic directives, providing recommendations to leadership.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans, including Integrated Program Budget Submissions (IPBS) and Future Years Defense Program (FYDP) plans.
- Support planning and processes driven by budget considerations, particularly those involving external funding.
- Collaborate with other contractors and budget officers across various Directorates and departments.
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, proposing and implementing enhancements.
- Provide technical editing and writing support, including documentation and summarizing key achievements to effectively communicate mission impact.
- Facilitate plan and strategy actions received from client centers, recommending consolidated responses.
- Prepare, review, and distribute executive-level materials, such as briefing packages, electronic memos, and meeting agendas.
- Implement adaptable workflows reflecting Sponsor governance practices for coordination, review, and approval processes, ensuring relevant content is accessible for decision-makers at each review stage.
- Understand and create Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) and integrate programs of record across Directorates.
