Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a variety of pizzas and menu items with precision.
- Accurately measure and prepare ingredients for each dish.
- Adhere to safety protocols during food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
- Assist in bagging and tagging orders for delivery.
- Deliver food to customers’ vehicles or hand off to delivery drivers.
- Greet customers in person or over the phone, taking orders in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service to foster repeat business, sharing information about menu items and specials.
- Encourage customers to consider additional products through effective up-selling.
- Become proficient in using our Point of Sale (POS) system for taking orders.
- Maintain positive communication with team members and management.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and speed.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through friendly interactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Keep workstations and display cases clean, stocked, and organized.
- Transfer supplies and tools efficiently between storage and work areas.
- Pack, weigh, and label products as required.
- Notify supervisors of any food shortages.
- Comply with all quality standards, principles, and policies.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
