Mindrift specializes in connecting experts with project-based AI opportunities for leading technology firms, emphasizing the testing, evaluation, and enhancement of AI systems. This is a project-based role, not a permanent position.
Role Overview
Contributors will engage in various unique tasks across projects, including:
- Creating complex physics problems that mirror industry practices;
- Assessing the accuracy of AI solutions, including their assumptions and limitations;
- Utilizing Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) to verify calculations or simulations;
- Refining AI reasoning to align with established logical standards;
- Implementing structured scoring systems for multi-step problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This opportunity suits physicists with Python expertise who are interested in part-time, non-permanent engagements. Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in Physics or related disciplines such as Engineering Physics, Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, or Optics and Acoustics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physics;
- Proficiency in written English (C1/C2 level);
- Strong skills in Python for numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPhys, EurPhys, MInstP) and experience in international or applied projects will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

- Some projects may offer performance incentives.
