Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for clients, managing and directing a high volume of incoming calls with poise and empathy.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, which includes scanning, distributing, preparing, and mailing documents.
- Draft and dispatch outbound letters and documents.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with everyday office functions.
- Ensure the front office and communal areas remain clean, organized, and professional.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team as necessary.
