Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering high-quality home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes to help them regain strength and mobility.
- Maintaining straightforward digital documentation (training provided).
- Being a positive presence in your patients' lives!
Qualifications Required:
- Active PTA license in Illinois and a BLS CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients.
- Comfort with technology—email, texting, tablets (training provided as needed).
