JOB TITLE: Personal Functional Assessor
Peripatetic Role - covering sites in Milton Keynes and Canning Town E16
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To perform personal and independent assessments for patients and service users. You will analyze and interpret all available information, including medical evidence, to produce professional and concise reports.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet productivity and quality targets set between clients and Healthcare Partners, actively seeking and responding to feedback.
- Analyze clinical information and medical evidence, presenting findings in a clear, professional manner.
- Provide medical advice and conduct thorough medical examinations.
- Assess medical capacity for functional activities and work-related tasks.
- Deliver comprehensive reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Uphold professional standards in all medical assessments.
- Achieve service and quality targets consistently.
- Ensure clarity and correctness in English language content of reports prior to submission to clients.
- Produce succinct, accurate reports in plain English, aiming for “A1 Grade” quality.
- Make necessary amendments to reports as indicated by the Audit Team.
General Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain your professional development to stay updated with current clinical practices.
- Liaise effectively with Administration/Head Office staff, clinicians, management, and external clients to resolve any queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with Group Clinical Operations, Project Managers, and Directors to enhance service quality.
- Maintain patient and client confidentiality while working remotely, ensuring a secure workspace.
- Upkeep high privacy and security standards on devices used for work-related tasks.
- Comprehend and work within the agreed client Key Performance Indicators.
- Exhibit high professional standards and attitudes in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Perform any other duties aligned with the role as required.
