The Role:
Join our dynamic and high-impact team, responsible for overseeing the complete growth stack of our three apps. Your focus will be on performance marketing, creative strategy, analytics, and more.
In this hands-on role, you will manage various acquisition channels, executing daily campaign management, creative testing, and optimization on platforms such as Meta and AppLovin. You will have the autonomy to handle real budgets and directly influence our user acquisition metrics.
This position is fully remote, open to candidates throughout North and South America.
Your Impact:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain app performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social and/or DSP channels.
- Drive efficient user acquisition for our flagship applications.
- Deliver weekly performance analyses and campaign optimization recommendations.
- Implement ongoing creative testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Lead AI research initiatives to enhance growth tools.
- Oversee project trackers for media buying and creative testing.
