The Enterprise Systems team at Intercom plays a vital role in ensuring our operations meet the standards of a high-performing, scalable organization.
We are on the lookout for a skilled, inquisitive, and driven People Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Enterprise Systems team. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of our HRIS platform, ensuring peak performance and utilizing its features to enhance HR processes. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders, provide technical support, and implement system upgrades to align with our evolving HR requirements. The People Systems Analyst will be instrumental in improving the accuracy, security, and reporting of HR data. You will report directly to the Manager of People Systems.
What will I be doing?
HRIS Management:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (Workday), ensuring data integrity, operational reliability, and seamless functionality. Act as the technical expert for Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Reporting, and Dashboards.
- Manage user access and permissions to uphold data security and privacy compliance.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of system architectures, process flows, and integrations involving various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and implement business solutions.
User Support:
- Work in partnership with People and IT teams to configure and optimize HRIS modules, workflows, and data fields to meet business requirements.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to enhance user experience.
