We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee People Operations activities, including onboarding, administrative documentation, benefits management, adaptation, offboarding, and related processes.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation, addendums, agreements, and payroll-related tasks while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Address employee inquiries related to contracts, payroll, work permits, and other administrative matters.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve People Operations processes, policies, and practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage and update HRIS systems, analytical tools, and employee experience platforms.
• Collaborate with payroll management and work closely with People Partners and multicultural teams.
• Lead and mentor a small onboarding and administration team, driving their development and goal achievement.
