The Challenge:
We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented People Operations Coordinator to become a vital member of our People Operations team. This role will involve supporting various workflows related to the employee lifecycle. We are in search of someone passionate about enhancing employee experiences, who is exceptionally organized and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Take On:
- Coordinate and facilitate daily HR operational activities to ensure the effective execution of HR processes.
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and job transitions.
- Assist in recruitment activities by managing job requisitions from creation to closure.
- Maintain electronic employee records and files.
- Assist partners in conducting New Hire Orientations.
- Oversee probationary review processes and ensure timely completion.
- Support benefits administration and collaborate with vendors.
- Prepare and distribute standard HR correspondence and documentation.
- Generate and prepare essential HR reports (such as headcount, leave, attrition) as per stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Admin) to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies.
- Manage reference requests for employees in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate and manage Tier 1 HR tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring timely resolutions and updates.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide general administrative support to Partners as needed.
