About the job
Situated in Washington, D.C., Quorum stands as a premier provider of workflow software and information services tailored for government affairs professionals worldwide. We proudly serve over 2,000 clients, including more than half of the Fortune 100, across 30+ countries.
At Quorum, our greatest asset is not just our innovative software but our exceptional team. We are seeking a fully remote People Operations Analyst to serve as the strategic backbone of our Brazil hub. This position transcends traditional administrative functions; it presents a unique chance to cultivate a world-class "Team Member Experience" while fortifying our operational framework in Brazil, ensuring it is robust, compliant, and scalable.
Your Impact
In the role of People Ops lead for Brazil, you will oversee the entire team member lifecycle. You will connect US-based strategies with the local realities in Brazil, ensuring our operations align with business objectives (such as EBITDA protection) and prioritize the well-being of our team members.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Brazil-based team members, from onboarding to offboarding, guaranteeing a seamless, "SaaS-speed" experience.
Labor Law Expertise: Be the local authority on Brazilian labor laws (CLT), managing timekeeping audits proactively and staying ahead of evolving regulations, such as Law 14.442/22 on remote work and stipends.
Benefits Management: Supervise the enrollment and vendor relationships for health and flexible benefit platforms (such as Caju, Flash), seeking opportunities to enhance benefit expenditures while maximizing team member value.
AI-Driven Automation: As a tech-oriented company, we aim to minimize manual processes. You will utilize AI tools (like Gemini or ChatGPT), along with Jira and Google Workspace, to automate HR workflows, streamline complex labor regulations, and produce high-quality multilingual communications. Consistently identify AI applications that reduce administrative burdens and enhance operational ROI.
Collaborative Approach: Work in partnership with our US-based People Team on recruitment, global training initiatives, and internal communications to foster a unified "One Quorum" culture.
Data Precision: Ensure the utmost accuracy in our HRIS and payroll systems, providing data-driven insights to aid leadership in anticipating talent trends.
About You
Experience: We seek candidates with a solid background in HR operations, particularly in a global context.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, exceptional organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR technology.
