As a People & HR Generalist at Quantum-Systems, you will be instrumental in shaping our People function at our expanding site in Brașov, Romania. Collaborating closely with local teams, hiring managers, and leadership, you will establish scalable HR and recruitment processes while supporting the development of a robust and sustainable organization.
This dynamic role merges hands-on operational HR tasks with recruitment responsibilities, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our local People structure.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruiting activities across diverse functions, from crafting job postings to managing offers.
Deliver operational HR support throughout the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, employee assistance, and offboarding.
Develop, standardize, and continually refine HR and recruitment processes to facilitate organizational growth.
Serve as a trusted contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries.
Work closely with managing directors, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., payroll providers, legal advisors, recruitment partners).
Draft and manage employment contracts and address labor law-related topics in accordance with local Romanian regulations.
Assist in implementing HR reporting, KPIs, and people-related analytics.
Contribute to employer branding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
