Your Competencies at Applaudo:
- A relevant bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR development, employee retention, coaching, advising, or mentoring.
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in coaching methodologies and strategies for professional development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, compensation structures, and retention strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a personalized and human-centric approach.
- Fluent in English is essential.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach, offering personalized guidance to facilitate professional growth, soft skill enhancement, and leadership development.
- Proactively manage employee retention by utilizing tools like ROLA (Risk of Leaving Assessment) to identify risks and implement customized retention strategies.
- Assist in career progression by helping employees identify pathways, skill-building opportunities, and internal career options.
- Champion employee well-being by conducting coaching sessions focused on work-life balance, stress management, and personal challenges.
- Act as a primary contact for clarity on compensation, policy guidance, and career frameworks in collaboration with HRBPs and Total Rewards.
- Analyze employee feedback through surveys and check-ins to provide actionable insights and advocate for organizational enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, HR, and technical mentors to ensure comprehensive employee support and alignment with business objectives.
- Document and report on both reactive and proactive retention cases for productive employees.
