People Executive – Egypt Office | HQ
The People Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire people lifecycle, from attracting top-tier talent to effective onboarding, engagement, development, and retention. This multifaceted role combines recruitment, employee relations, culture-building, and administrative support, with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive, organized, and people-centric workplace. As a People Executive, you will be instrumental in cultivating robust teams, supporting employee well-being, and ensuring seamless internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Recruitment
• Design and execute innovative recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
• Forge partnerships with universities, training centers, and external organizations to tap into top talent.
• Actively seek out and engage potential candidates for available positions.
• Develop engaging and precise job descriptions that align with recruitment objectives.
• Stay informed on marketing and advertising trends within the staffing and recruitment sectors.
• Oversee all aspects of the hiring process, including screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain comprehensive candidate databases and monitor recruitment progress.
Internship & Early Talent Programs
• Lead the management of internship programs, encompassing selection, induction, supervision, and transition processes.
• Collaborate with team leaders to ensure that interns have meaningful learning experiences.
Employee Experience & Engagement
• Propose and implement fresh initiatives to enhance candidate and employee experiences and engagement.
• Conduct regular meetings with employees for progress evaluations and to address any concerns or issues.
• Organize internal events, team-building activities, and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
• Coordinate training programs and development workshops for staff.
HR Administration & Operations
• Provide administrative support for employee needs, including IT coordination, paperwork, and internal requests.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, covering new hires, resignations, and internal movements.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee smooth transitions.
• Assist in revising internal policies and procedures as necessary.
Cross-Functional Support & Internal Projects
• Support internal projects in collaboration with product and tech teams (e.g., app development initiatives).
• Serve as a liaison between departments to address people-related needs efficiently.
• Provide regular updates on staffing, hiring progress, and workforce changes.
Employer Branding & Social Media Presence
• Engage in daily activities to enhance the company's employer branding and social media presence.
