Job Purpose
The People & Culture Officer will facilitate the effective delivery of People & Culture services, ensuring precise HR administration, maintaining employee data integrity, overseeing temporary staff management, coordinating onboarding processes, and tracking compliance and reporting. This role guarantees that People & Culture processes are executed timely, well-documented, and in alignment with organizational standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in BambooHR, including onboarding data, contract changes, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Monitor contract renewals and proactively inform managers at least 30 days before expiration.
- Assist with HMO registration and benefits administration.
2. Temporary & Casual Staff Administration
- Manage contracts, onboarding documentation, and payment processing for temporary and casual staff across program states.
- Update and maintain the casual staff pool tracker, ensuring documentation validity and workforce availability.
- Ensure timely processing of temporary staff payments to minimize payroll corrections.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
