Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Pediatrician Liaison who thrives on community engagement and building authentic relationships. In this role, you will represent MeBe Family, connecting with pediatric providers to share our mission and clarify how we assist children and families through thoughtful referrals. Your days will be spent meeting with physicians, pediatric psychologists, and referral partners, keeping them informed about our services and current availability. We are looking for an independent, energetic individual who enjoys engaging conversations and is interested in a part-time position.
This is a Part Time Variable Hour position.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish Consistent Outreach: Develop and maintain a structured schedule for outreach and follow-ups in your designated territory.
Cultivate genuine, long-lasting relationships with referral partners, ensuring they fully understand who MeBe serves and how to connect families to our services.
Foster Trusted Partnerships with Pediatric Providers:
Clarify the demographics and needs of children that MeBe is best equipped to support (age ranges, diagnoses, levels of support, clinic versus in-home services).
Guide providers through the referral process—from initial family contact to assessment, authorization, and commencement of services.
Provide detailed information on current enrollment availability and services offered.
