We are currently looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Salt Lake City team. The SLP will implement tailored treatment plans to support clients of all ages in areas such as cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional functioning through the delivery of speech therapy services in home and community settings.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care tailored to meet client and family needs by conducting evaluations, interpreting assessment results, and developing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Assist both pediatric and adult patients in developing or regaining cognitive, speech, language, and social/emotional skills to enhance their independence and overall quality of life.
- Coordinate care with referring physicians and other healthcare personnel to ensure safe and effective treatment for clients.
- Instruct clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare personnel on the treatment plan as necessary.
- Identify the additional needs of clients and families, making appropriate referrals for other services.
- Prepare and submit documentation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Maintain clinical expertise in the field of speech-language pathology.
