Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Multi-Channel Support: Efficiently manage a significant volume of compensation inquiries through ticketing systems, phone, live chat, and email, aiming for swift and accurate resolutions on first contact.
- De-escalation & Sensitive Communication: Skillfully navigate emotionally charged discussions surrounding "pay anxiety" or perceived inequities, utilizing active listening to rebuild trust while maintaining neutrality and professionalism.
- HRIS & Data Interpretation: Quickly access systems such as Workday and global databases to deliver real-time, personalized insights into salary ranges, pay grades, and bonus eligibility.
- Complex Policy Translation: Serve as a communication bridge to effectively translate intricate policies into understandable terms for employees.
