About the job
Join our dynamic team as a Behavior Technician, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help transform the lives of children with autism. In this rewarding role, you will engage with children one-on-one, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will support the development of essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are committed to fostering the potential of children with autism.
While prior experience is not required, we value patience, teamwork, and a proactive spirit. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to make a significant impact. Children can be unpredictable and may present challenges; thus, a strong spirit and physical capability are essential. Expect to be active—standing, walking, sitting, and at times lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds are integral to this role.
At the end of each day, you will leave knowing you have made a positive difference in a child’s life and their family. Become part of a dedicated team that is committed to changing lives for the better. Apply now to embark on your journey as a Behavior Technician!
