We are currently seeking a skilled Passenger Assistance Specialist for Aktion Airport under a fixed-term contract. Your role will focus on providing exceptional support to passengers with reduced mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for passengers requiring assistance due to reduced mobility.
Oversee the safe and efficient operation of passenger assistance services within the terminal and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless assistance for PRM passengers.
Maintain accurate records of all assistance requests in our operational systems.
