About the Role...
We are seeking a Partnerships Specialist to enhance Bounce's partnership functions by establishing impactful relationships with property management companies and other vital stakeholders in the travel industry.
This role is fully outbound and focuses on identifying, engaging, onboarding, and nurturing partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. You will be instrumental in defining how Bounce collaborates with its partners, influencing both our product direction and go-to-market strategy, ultimately aiming for a measurable impact on GMV by year-end.
Your Responsibilities...
Forge new partnerships from the ground up with property management firms and similar travel-oriented businesses.
Oversee the complete partnership lifecycle: from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and facilitating initial growth.
Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the travel ecosystem, including key players, partner requirements, and strategic synergies.
Serve as the partner's voice within the company, gathering insights, feedback, and unmet needs to enhance collaboration.
