Join Databricks as a Partner Solutions Architect, where you will work closely with leading Consulting and System Integrator (C&SI) Partners along with Field Engineering teams. Your mission will be to enhance the adoption of our Data Intelligence Platform among key customers through alignment with C-Suite Technical Executives, engagement of Champions, and collaboration with sales teams across the region.
You will play a vital role in developing our partner capabilities through the 'Technical Champions program' with our top C&SI Partners, fostering Centers of Excellence (CoE) and ensuring delivery excellence. You'll provide a strategic vision for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, aligning with Global System Integrators (GSI) engagement in our major accounts, and create programs to elevate Partner expertise in utilizing the Databricks solutions.
Your Impact:
As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the Databricks partner ecosystem by equipping partners with the necessary technical knowledge and experience to create, maintain, and expand successful solutions for their clients. This will consequently drive the adoption and success of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform and Partner solutions in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accelerating pre-sales and delivery for partners in strategic customer accounts by harmonizing Partner and Databricks resources and providing technical acumen to boost platform adoption.
- Collaborating with Databricks account teams to assist our partner ecosystem in scoping, evaluating, and executing large-scale data projects and transformational initiatives.
- Enhancing the Partner's capability to deliver Databricks solutions by imparting technical expertise to help design, build, and sustain repeatable solutions using Databricks products and services.
- Building and nurturing Senior Technical Executive relationships to uncover new business opportunities, innovative use cases, competitive insights, and support collaborative go-to-market strategies.
- This role involves up to 40% travel to GSI Partner sites and Databricks offices in Germany.
