Your responsibilities will include:
Sales:
- Foster a store environment that embodies our core value of spreading good vibes.
- Oversee in-store sales transactions, including returns and exchanges.
Enhancing Customer Engagement:
- Lead client outreach through personalized communications.
- Keep client information, requests, and feedback current and organized.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events to drive engagement.
Performance Driven:
- Analyze key business metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize business tools and personal market insights to enhance performance outcomes.
Operations:
Commitment to Operational Excellence:
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers and bank deposits.
- Effectively utilize resources to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team for timely supply orders.
Monthly Store Assessment Support:
- Prepare the store and team to ensure success within your operational space.
- Communicate successes and areas for growth to the Store Leader.
Visual Standards:
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor and register area.
- Uphold brand standards through effective visual merchandising.
