SALES ASSOCIATE – Part-Time

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding sales and customer service, aimed at boosting store productivity and profitability. You will proactively assist customers with product recommendations and serve as a model for exceptional retail practices. Your focus will always be on sales, service, and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting with product displays, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate closely with the corporate store team and report directly to the Store Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and sustaining a warm, inviting, and easy-to-navigate shopping atmosphere.
- Building expertise on products, promotions, services, and brand rewards programs tailored to meet diverse customer needs.
- Assisting customers in selecting the ideal cards and gifts to express their sentiments.
- Sharing and highlighting stories of kindness and community to enhance customer engagement.
- Facilitating smooth store operations, including product replenishment, sales processing, inventory management, and curbside deliveries.
- Delivering an exceptional shopping experience that inspires customers to return.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales goals, ensuring customers leave satisfied with their purchases.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store.
- Completing additional duties or special projects as assigned.
