For those RBTs eager to enhance their career, we provide pathways to:
- Progress to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, BCBA, and additional positions within our organization

- Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program after completing 90 days of full-time work
Your Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with autism in various settings including home, community, and our centers
- Teach essential daily living and social skills using proven behavioral techniques
- Gather, organize, and analyze objective data during sessions
- Engage in collaborative clinical team meetings and continuous training
- Implement therapeutic sessions as designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and other team members to meet client needs
- Complete administrative duties as assigned to support operational functions
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays is essential
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active car insurance
- Ability to maintain a clean background, pass drug screening, and uphold driving record standards
- Must be available to deliver services in diverse environments: school, home, center, and community
Training Requirements
- BT: Must attend a mandatory 40-hour RBT training program, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and successfully pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire.
- RBT: Must comply with required training schedule to ensure preparedness for the role.
