- Progress to roles such as Lead RBT, RBT Supervisor, or BCBA.
- Apply for a full scholarship for a Master's in ABA at Temple University.
- Participate in our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time employment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with autism in various environments, including home and community settings.
- Teach essential daily living and social skills through effective behavior interventions.
- Accurately collect and analyze data during sessions.
- Engage in collaborative clinical team meetings and continuous training.
- Implement training and therapeutic sessions as designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Maintain proactive communication with team members, including families and Executive Directors, to ensure client needs are met.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support organizational operations.
