Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy for pediatric clients aged 0–18 in Lakewood, CO. In this role, you will implement goal-oriented therapy to support communication skills, feeding, and swallowing development in a child's natural environment.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits: Up to $120.00 per visit
- Part-Time Caseload: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing
- Educate and empower families and caregivers to support therapy implementation
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with home health regulations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- ASHA Certification or proof of passing the PRAXIS exam, along with completion of a Clinical Fellowship/Externship
- Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in Colorado
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred
