What You'll Do
In this role, you will have significant responsibilities and the opportunity to develop yourself continuously. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their families, assessing needs to provide the appropriate care and enhance someone's quality of life. Our teams maintain close communication, allowing you to connect with district nurses and other healthcare professionals. You will also learn from these interactions! To ensure that every client receives suitable care and guidance, we increasingly utilize technology and other support tools. Would you like to contribute to this as a colleague?
As a new member, you will be part of the elderly care organization Attent Zorg en Behandeling. We are actively involved in regional care chains and various knowledge networks. For research and education, we collaborate closely with universities and colleges. Want to know more about our organization? Read more here.
