Join Redwood Credit Union as a Part-Time Member Service Associate (24 to 25 hours per week) and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our Members. In this position, you will be responsible for handling routine teller transactions while promoting and referring our Credit Union products. As the face of Redwood Credit Union, you will provide exceptional service to members of the community, volunteers, team members, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service:
• Deliver exemplary member service to all Members, volunteers, internal staff, and service providers.
• Clearly explain our products and services to Members to address their needs. Cross-sell RCU, RCU Investment Services, RCU Insurance Services, and RCU Auto Services products and services.
• Establish fundamental products and services tailored for Members.
• Respond to Members’ inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person or department for assistance.
• Protect Member information and ensure confidentiality by adhering to established policies and procedures.
Transactions:
• Accurately and efficiently process Members’ transactions using established protocols.
• Balance cash and checks, and maintain accurate documentation.
Teamwork and Additional Functions:
• Actively participate in departmental meetings.
• Carry out branch opening and closing duties.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• Order Credit Union forms and supplies as needed.
• Engage in Credit Union committees.
